Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 2026

Creative Visibility ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
  • Contact Data: includes billing address, email address, and telephone numbers.
  • Technical Data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
  • Usage Data: includes information about how you use our website, products, and services.

2. How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • To process and deliver your order, including managing payments and collecting money owed to us.
  • To manage our relationship with you, including notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy.
  • To administer and protect our business and this website (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, and system maintenance).
  • To deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve to you.

3. Cookies

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this website may become inaccessible or not function properly. We use cookies primarily for tracking website performance (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve user experience.

4. Disclosures of Your Personal Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers. We may use third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers, CRM software) to help us operate our business, provided that those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Client Account Access & Credentials

As part of delivering our services, clients may authorise us to access accounts and systems on their behalf — including Google Business Profile, domain registrar and DNS settings, website hosting, analytics platforms, and advertising accounts such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager. Where this occurs:

  • We only access accounts with your explicit authorisation, and only to perform the services you have engaged us for.
  • Wherever the platform supports it, we request access via official delegation (e.g. being added as a manager or partner) rather than being given passwords. Where credentials must be shared, they are stored securely, never shared with third parties, and deleted when our engagement ends.
  • Access is removed or credentials are returned promptly upon termination of services, and we recommend clients rotate any shared passwords at that time.
  • Any data we view within your accounts (such as customer enquiries, ad performance, or analytics data) is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver and report on our services.

6. Advertising & Analytics Platforms

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site; this involves cookies and the collection of technical data such as IP address and pages visited (see Section 3). When we manage advertising campaigns for clients on platforms such as Google Ads or Meta, data collected through those campaigns is processed by and subject to the privacy policies of those platforms — we access it only to build, manage, and report on campaigns. We do not use one client's data to benefit another client.

7. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.

8. Your Legal Rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected. If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out above, please contact us at contact@creativevisibility.com.
